• A3 Size: This is the most popular choice, similar to an A3 sheet of paper.
• A2 Size: For those looking to make a statement, about the size of an A2 sheet of paper.

United Kingdom:

• Orders from the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping if the total order value exceeds £24. This includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales. If the total order value is less than £24, the cost of shipping will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
• Orders from England have estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Orders from Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales have estimated delivery within 5-7 business days

European Union (EU):

• Orders within the EU qualify for shipping with delivery expected within 7-14 business days. A shipping fee of £10.99 (or equivalent in local currency) will be applied at checkout.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Please note that all customs duties and fees must be paid by the customer once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned, delayed, or in some cases destroyed.

International (Outside EU and UK):

• Orders outside of the EU and UK, including the United States and other international destinations, may take 7-21 business days for delivery.
• A shipping fee of £39.99 (or equivalent in local currency) will be applied at checkout.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Please ensure that all customs, duties, and fees are paid by the customer once the parcel has arrived in the destination country. Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Any payments not received may result in the parcel being returned, delayed, or in some cases destroyed.

We only accept a return if the product falls into the following categories:

• The item you recieved is not the one you ordered
• The item you recieved was damaged in shipping
• The item never arrived and it has been over 30 days since you placed an order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We kindly remind our customers that we cannot accept responsibility for posters that have been creased or torn due to mishandling or negligence during the removal process from the postal tube. While we strive to ensure that our packaging provides adequate protection, it's essential to handle your posters with care when unpacking them. Please follow the provided instructions carefully to prevent any damage. Additionally, we encourage customers to inspect their posters upon delivery and contact us promptly if they encounter any issues. We're committed to providing quality products and excellent service, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

We do allow cancellations if you manage to send a request before it is dispatched. We typically dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed. If you placed an order and would like to cancel, send us an e-mail as soon as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
